Check-in and check-out
You can check in with us from 15:00 to 22:00. If you arrive earlier, it is no problem to leave your suitcases safely with us. You can of course also enjoy the swimming pool or visit a beach. If you arrive later due to a delay, this is no problem. We are available 24/7.
Check-out is possible until 11:00. Need a late check-out? Ask if that is possible! The costs for a late check-out are € 30.00. Then it is possible to stay in the apartment until 18:00.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay is four nights.
To book
You can make a reservation via our website or via an external booking system. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after making your reservation. Your booking is then final. When you make a request via email, your reservation is a request, it becomes final when you receive a confirmation from us via email.
Payment terms
We ask for a 30% deposit within 7 days of making your booking. The remaining amount is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive 100% of your deposit back.
Should you have to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances within 30 days before arrival, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel free of charge and the entire amount must be paid. We recommend that you take out suitable cancellation and travel insurance for your trip.
